So far, so okay. We've been using a couple of these sheets in the oven, washing them afterwards and line air-drying (peg one end) before hanging in pantry (so no folding) and they do make clean up much easier. BUT I notice fats/grease does seep through a bit, the tray they are lining usually has grease on it after cooking even if the food is nowhere near the edge an no evidence of grease running over the side. Still easier to clean up after roast veg than the tray on its own.
Great when first purchased. However, after only 6 months they are starting to fall apart and have holes in them.
