FEAR HAS A NEW NAME AND ITS NAME IS CAIN... The Un-Justice System made him... Now, he is fighting against a system that he has promised to serve and protect. As he roams the dangerous streets of Chicago, he delivers his own brand of justice. In his search for peace, he will bring pain and retribution. The neighborhoods are a safer place because of him, but at what cost?
