I love Pete Evans but wasn't overly impressed with this one. My favourite of his books is still family food. Most of the dishes contain tomato or chili and as a family with allergies to these it's wasn't for us. So if you're doing the auto immune protocol, I would give it a miss.

Pete Evans is a real master of paleo/low carb cooking. Easy, very tasty, one pot meals that the family will love and that you can also serve for company. Highly recommended. The versatility of different cooking methods is also a bonus.
This book has so many great recipes. Can’t wait to try them.
