I'm trying to learn “old school” calligraphy so I can't comment much on the chisel tip. However, I have been brush lettering for a while and the brush tips on these pens are quite disappointing. The felt tip seems like it would fray very easily and it doesn't allow for good control to make those distinct upstrokes and down strokes.
