Description

This is the final book in my series of five. This book is a collection my poetry, each unique and different. They tell about life as I see it. I have always loved poetry and have wanted to attract others to read poetry. I like to think that my poems are funny, sad, serious and informative but above all else that they are understandable, readable and give enjoyment and maybe give a bit of a different view on life as it happens around us. I have been moved by the attacks and disasters that have happened over the years hence Grenfell, Maelbeek and Aleppo but there are also some beautiful poems that will hopefully amuse and make you think as well.

Author Biography:

Cheryl O'Brien is inspired by nature, emotions, and the people who surround her; whether that's family, friends, or commuters as she travels to work on the train. Cheryl lives in Cardiff with her husband - they have two daughters and two grand-daughters. Writing since 2013, when she wanted to pay tribute to her Grandfather - who was a World War One hero, Cheryl's poetry is in-tune with life in today's world.
