Description

This story contains the experiences of a mother within a family whose 8-year-old daughter is suddenly impaired. The child is hysterical, frightened, begins to hallucinate and becomes depressed. During hospitalization in a psychiatric children's clinic, it becomes clear that she has an autism spectrum disorder. This, combined with a visual impairment, is disastrous for the family. In addition to these problems, the mother undergoes a challenge of a more personal survival, with marriage and children demanding more and more of her. And then, there's the big bad world ... Jolanda Lovers was born in 1970 in Hoogeveen. She has completed training in caring for the elderly, has worked in hospitals and skincare, and has worked as a nurse, as a manager and saleswoman of skincare and cosmetics products. Jolanda is a busy, creative and spontaneous housewife with a fun social life. She has a lot of people who help her do what she likes and whom she is happy to help as well. This story is her particularly bizarre debut.
