I can use any other ink for my fountain pens but chose this one as upon purchase of the Pilot MR and MR3s, I was very curious to try this ink in a hand-made bottle. I am very happy to have done such as the ink behaves very well on any fountain pen. The ink won't flow through other side of my cheaper paper and the colour is relatively consistent.
