I found this pen was easy to put together. I found a video on you tube to show me how to load the cartridge, as well as how to use the converter. The pen glides on my Rhodia paper and I have had no issues with leakage when writing a long letter. I will be using my Pilot Metropolitan every day for letter writing and journaling.
