I have cervical spondylosis and was hoping this might help – did the exact opposite. Buyer beware this actually ended up hurting me instead of helping. Neck was feeling great for a few days, finally this comes in the mail. It gets very hot on your neck, and basically feels like it is sending very light-weight electrical shocks into your neck. I tried all of the different settings, and then after 10 minutes took it off. Neck hurts now :(
