This is a brilliant miniseries. It is extremely faithful to the book, and does it wonderfully. Casting is absolutely superb.
I've seen this a few times before, but I bought it just because I keep on wanting to watch it again and again. So, excellent value out of this set, it's worth every cent!
One of the BBC's greatest dramas. Fantastically filmed and with the best cast that could possibly be assembled. Colin Firth is at his best and will always be Mr Darcy. Jennifer Ehle is cast as Miss Elizabeth Bennet a roll which she fills superbly. Everything is flawless about this production. Do not miss this fantastic love story. A lot better than the newer version.
Well worth a watch this two dvd set is from the BBC mini series. It is also what Bridget Jones Dairy is based on so if you loved that you will love this. Well worth seeing for a look at Colin Firth!!
