Dandy Weyn was born and raised in Belgium, where he started his passion for data at the age of 16, writing his first database application on dBASE III. As trainer/consultant, he travelled the world, sharing his passion for SQL Server and the Microsoft database platform. As a consultant, he worked on multiple enterprise projects to implement solutions around SQL Server Integration Services. Dandy now lives in Redmond, where he works for Microsoft as a curriculum manager focusing on the application platform. Dandy gives presentations at major conferences on SQL Server and Integration Services. He develops hands-on labs built on experience. He works enthusiastically to evangelize, share his knowledge, and help others learn about all that SQL Server and Integration Services have to offer. When his passion is not taken up by working with Microsoft SQL Server, Dandy loves to spend time in the outdoors.
