Bell, PhD is a Professor with Tenure and Chair of the Department of Public Health in the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University (ECU). Karen Grimmer, PhD is a Senior Researcher in Clinical Education and Training in the College of Nursing and Health Sciences at Flinders University in South Australia and Professor Extraordinaire at Stellenbosch University in Cape Town, South Africa.
