I found this DVD fantastic and am an absolute beginner. Just loved the different sections and the sounds and views of the beach makes you relax while doing it.

This is the best value for money of the 3 Radiance DVDs. All the main exercises covered in the other 2 more expensive DVDs are covered in this one. The flow from one move to the next is quite fast but once you've done it a few times it gets easier to transition between the moves.
Enjoying this DVD, lost it 6 months ago and so glad to have it back! Great beginners yoga. Thanx.
I am new to yoga, this DVD is everything I hoped for. I found it easy to follow and pick up. I would recommend this DVD for anyone new to yoga or anyone who knows only a little.
Beautiful scenery, top quality yoga instruction. Would recommend.
If you've tried yoga before (like me) and you've either gone to sleep or tied yourself in knots, this DVD is the one. Each program is short and sweet with movements that are not difficult to learn. The voice over is clear and simple and I'm doing it 3 times a week!
