Patricia Mansfield spent many years living in Spain under the shadow of a mountain that looked just like an elephant. Her children and grandchildren loved it. They would often climb to the summit and walk carefully along the ridge, which ran by some old stone windmills. The little family would sometimes clamber down the mountain's twisty path that led down his trunk to the harbour below. On hot summer days they would enjoy picnics under a palm tree on the mountain top and look down at the small town and boats below.
