Author Biography:

M. Elizabeth Vonk is associate professor and former director of the doctoral program at the University of Georgia School of Social Work. Irwin Epstein is the Helen Rehr Professor of Applied Social Work Research and director of research development at the Hunter College School of Social Work, and adjunct professor at the Division of Community Medicine, Mount Sinai Medical School in New York City.
