One correction only was made, the day of a month having been printed inexactly. The Ambassador of France kindly made a suggestion which has resulted in the Summary by Countries. The former list has been in con siderable demand from all parts of the world, and, in accordance with a request recently received, the present list is being translated at Berlin for separate publication in German.
