Works great facing outwards from the front door. The sound quality is excellent how ever it needs to be in good radius to your wifi. The quality of the video is also good. With the ability to zoom in on the app it is a good feature. The sensor is adjustable thank goodness as it was picking up passing cars often. I was able to use it while holidaying is Australia. Thumbs Up!!

Good for security though it has some down-sides. The video quality is only SD not HD and looks like you're looking through a fish bowl. A subscription service is required to record video. If you dont, that leaves you with live mode and no way of recording what happens. The night mode experiences extreme white-out if a person is within a meter or two of the camera. Other than that the ring function is good, when visitors actually use it. So install it in a good spot.
