Lovely heartwarming modern take on Santa, the Easter Bunny, Toothfairy, Sandman and Jack Frost. A story that reinforces childhood belief systems but does have a small amount of coarse language for the very young viewers, although my youngest didn't even notice. Great visuals and voice acting with a lovely happy ending.

One of those movies mum and dad can watch without being bored. Great animation and good story line. Loved Russian Santa
Rise of the Guardians in my opinion should be in any children's movie collection. The story line is well written, the quality is fantastic. I am an adult and I have watched it far too many times, but also, not enough. The kids will love it, and so will you.
Great for all ages. Under 5 years may need a little guidance.
Has to be one of the best animated films I've seen last year.
Jack Frost has been appointed a Guardian, along with such creatures as Father Christmas and the Sandman (who brings happy dreams), but Jack rejects the responsibility, until events make him realise that he can't stand aside and allow nightmares to control his world. There are some rather dark parts in this film that might be scary for small children, but it's a story with a happy ending, as evil is defeated, and happy dreams return. This is a favourite film of my older grandchildren, my adult sons and daughters-in-law, as well as one of my own favourites, so it appeals to many ages.
