I use this to sleep as I hate fleece. I can't sleep without it. I run it basically all night as I am a light sleeper so run brown noise overnight to drown out noises and it really helps, Stays in place well. I love that you can remove the electronics and wash the band as in summer it gets super hot. Worth the money for me, not sure about running with it though.
