I've recently taken to watching more foreign films due to the covid shortage and found some surprising gems. This wasn't one. The story is confused and not helped by spelling errors in the subtitles but the general gist is still there. The problem is that it is effectively a treadmill of violence. Now, you might compare it to a high body count movie like John Wick but this has far less class. For some reason the caper is lead by a mercenary who refuses to use guns. What ensues is two hours of MMA (There are a few guns later on). The fights are well staged but the story fails to hold it together. Go for it if you like hours of mindless beatings but if you want something more try the new release “Nobody” from the writer of John Wick
