Firstly, this book requires role-assuming participants. Meaning you must have others in order to continue with these rituals. It lacks a comprehensive bibliography, despite some scattered here and there amongst the book. Also, some seem very impractical and just ridiculous, such as a warning that the ritual may cause serious electrocution or injury. However, this book is to provide ideas of the rituals surrounding Satanism. Also – it is not Satanism in the traditional sense but LaVeyan Satanism, which is more of a selfish atheism. It is clear in this book and the accompanying book that a true Satanist is required to create their own rituals where real workings can truly spring. This work will simply provide alternative ideas and perhaps begin the blossom of your own rituals, so as a starting point. You will not achieve any magic formula to turn the lights off with a clap or learn how to rain dance – this is an insightful read, however some parts practically ridiculous, theoretically interesting and captivating read into another world, perhaps.
