This was an excellent book, and it would have made a great ending to the Maximum Ride series. This book manages to explain most of the events and secrets of the previous books and wrap up any loose ends, with a happy ending.
Sadly Patterson kept going and changed the story after this book. If you have read the series up to this point, I recommend you be content with this as the “ending” and ignore the other books that he has released, as they are now just dragging on and killing an amazing series.
