Peppermint Patty has a crush on Charlie Brown however he is not aware of her feelings for him. Her baseball team constantly beats Charlie's team, which is also not really difficult. Peppermint Patty has a tendency to sleep through class so only gets bad grades. She is really athletic, and eventually ends up not only managing her baseball team but also plays rugby and goes ice skating. And she has one really particular quirk: she only ever wears sandals, even in winter.
