E M Richmond has been writing stories from her teenage years. It was not unusual to see her around school scribbling ideas in a notebook. She grew up in a small city in the lower half of the North Island of New Zealand and lived there for about thirty years. She has a Bachelor of Arts in English and is also a qualified journalist. Since leaving the newspaper profession behind she has continued honing her craft by writing stories which were posted online and was encouraged by friends to publish professionally. She published her first novel, Phoenix, in 2014 and second novel, Letting Go, in April 2016. She currently lives in Hamilton, New Zealand.
