A journal documenting random acts of kindness that is intended to be returned to the original owner when all acts of kindness are complete. The journal accompanies the act with the givers and receivers of kindness encouraged to document their acts and reactions to being the recipient of kindness. When returned, the original journal owner is able to see the chain reaction affect his or her original act of kindness had.
