Shelley the leatherback turtle returns to her Caribbean nesting site and makes an awful discovery. Her eggs are gone! Armed with only a mysterious clue and the help of her reluctant friend, Maurice the crab, Shelley sets out to find her eggs. Enlisting the aid of an eclectic bunch of undersea creatures, Shelley and Maurice brave the dangers of the sea in their frantic search to fulfill Shelley's Quest.

Author Biography

Evelyn Turner has long been a passionate supporter of endangered species. Her thirty-four years traveling as a flight attendant gave her many opportunities to be involved in conservation efforts, both in the United States and internationally. From these experiences small stories grew, and one became Shelley's Quest. Jamie Fox is a children's playwright and has been a writer since her teens. Born and raised in Hawai'i, Jamie grew up surfing tropical waters and considers the ocean her second home. She is now landlocked in Northern California.
