Who among us has failed to ponder the prospect of an all-out terrorist attack upon this country--an attack that knocks out the key electrical power grids and plunges a whole region of the nation under a curtain of darkness? This is not the story of such an attack, but rather of its aftermath...when the lights go out and cannot be switched back on.
