"CHAOS EMERALD, BATTLE AT THE BASEBALL FIELD"
Tails is flight testing Tornado 2 when the Chaos Emerald reacts abnormally, and Tornado 2 is pulled back. They land to find that it is a baseball park that is to be destroyed. Tails goes inside and runs into the caretaker of the field, who is an elderly man named Al. Al had been well-known for his work behind the scenes maintaining the beautiful turf of the baseball field. Tails, who is overwhelmed with admiration at the beauty of the turf, tells Al why he is here and shows him the Chaos Emerald. At, seeing the Chaos Emerald, is surprised and takes out a Chaos Emerald that he says he found just yesterday.
"ROUGE, BEAUTIFUL THIEF!"
Rouge breaks into a jewelry shop at night. Her stealing technique is graceful. She is very fond of jewelry and gets a hold of every piece she lays her eyes on. However, the gem that Rouge is really after is the Chaos Emerald. In the meantime, the President is considering launching an all-out attack on Eggman to stop him from his repeated attacks .However; the people working under the President do not think that it is appropriate. The reason is because they are not confident that the military weapons they have on hand are capable of defeating Dr. Eggman.
"ALL OUT ATTACK ON EGGMAN'S BASE" PART I
The President uses the blueprint of Eggman's base that Rouge had brought back to plan his attack on the base. An ambassador of the President visits Chris's house, to ask Sonic for cooperation in defeating Eggman. However, Ella insists on playing dumb and sends the ambassador home. The ambassador's negotiation asking Sonic for help ends in failure.The President is at a loss what to do, for without Sonic's help he was not sure whether he could defeat Dr. Eggman.
"ALL OUT ATTACK ON EGGMAN'S BASE" PART 2
Eggman's robots and the fighter crafts are in battle at Eggman's base. Knuckles descends by clinging on to the bomb of the fighter craft. The agents, lead along by Rouge, sneak into the base to set up bombs. In the cornfield, Tornado 2 is in a fix because of the strong and violent wind that Eggman's robot is causing. Sonic appears just in time and defeats the robot.
