Get this for +sound quality, +noise-cancelling, many features on the app, +long battery life for earphones + charging case, +durability(case and earphones) and over a sleek design + splerging purposes.
BUT…do not get this and expect your phone calls to be good. The person listening to you will have a hard time understanding you. Absolute garbage when it comes to calling.
Love the bass and the clarity of the sound it produce! its a tiny monster machine shouting in your ear. Would recommend!
An absolutely outstanding pair of earbuds! Terrific sound quality with great noise cancellation and great battery life. Been thinking about buying these for a while now and I'm so glad I made the purchase.

Beware of these if you want to connect them to a Windows-based computer. There is currently no fix. Sony has put out a firmware update to fix the issue, but pulled it because it wasn't working right. I bought these specifically for that purpose and am now hoping to return them.
The audio quality and noise cancelling are amazing but I wish I hadn't paid so much for them now that I don't use them at all. Now that I've had them for almost 2 years, I can say that I regret purchasing them. The earbuds are so big and bulky so they barely stay in my ears even with the smallest tips provided. I constantly had to push them in so much just so they would stay put for a while and not fall out all the time. The case itself is also so big compared to the earbuds and didn't fit nicely into my pockets. I've since bought new earbuds and they've really highlighted how poorly designed the Sony WF-1000XM3 earbuds are.
Loved the earbuds. The ANC was great, tap functions were 100% responsive and its sleek design was a feast for the eyes. The only problem I had with earbuds was that despite the various buds that we were available to use, none helped to keep the earbuds in for long. Maybe its just my ears.....regardless, the earbuds are great and would highly recommend it to anyone.
I love the sound in these and the fact you can change between noise canceling and allowing outside noises through, my only problem is that my ears are a little small and no matter what size rubber bit I used (they send many options which is great) they do slip out of my ear slightly. It's not a huge deal as I can just push them back in now and then but it's hard when I've got my hands full. May work better with someone who has bigger ears then me.
Positives: Good sound, good battery life, good comfort, good connection quality and distance, great noise cancelling. Automatically detects activity and sets noise cancelling to an appropriate level. Has Alexa / Google Assistant built in which works great.
Downsides: case is large and lacks wireless charging, but gives many cycles of charge. Touch buttons are also tricky to master. As true wireless, when they get knocked out of your ear they fall all the way to the hard ground. Haven't broken them yet…
