A good grater, especially for the price. This is really sharp (watch your fingers) and nice and robust as well, being mostly metal rather than plastic.
Bought this a while back, and it might be the most useless thing I have ever bought online. The handle slid off completely from the grater, and then, after putting the handle back on, the grater just snapped off the wire frame, while trying to grate some Edam cheese. There are better graters on here. Avoid this one.
I'm actually a little surprised at the high quality of this microplane. It's extremely sharp. It does everything – garlic, ginger, citrus zest. I'm yet to try out cheeses but so far I have no doubt it'll handle those with ease. One of the best kitchen purchases I've ever made!
