Whether or not you already own a standard TIE Defender or TIE Bomber, the pilot cards, title cards and upgrade cards in this pack are excellent! Not to mention the great miniatures. The new TIE Defender title cards are awesome if you already one, since it allows you to run a pair with the TIE/D card, which grants you with an immediate second attack with your primary weapon (3 dice) after you attack with any secondary cannon worth 3 points or less… i.e.: Fire with an ION cannon then fire with your primary. A pair of these Defenders (3/3/3/3!) is lethal and worth 66 points, leaving enough squad points for a Howlrunner TIE fighter and an Academy pilot in your 100 point squad. Get into it!
