"Looking to upgrade from the pulse 3D headphones- Look no further"
4 stars"
Purchased on Mighty Ape

I received my headphones today and I am quite impressed with it. The main reason I bought it is because of how uncomfortable the pulse 3D wireless headphones felt on my head. Using the Arctis 7P is like night and day in terms of how comfortable it is. The sound quality is also pretty good, not a huge amount of difference from the pulse 3D though. The reason I am not giving it 5* is because it needs a micro USB cable to charge. For a headphone released in 2020, it should have been USB type C.

"Super fast handling and shipping"

Purchased on Mighty Ape

I bought the Steel series Arctis 7p on Thursday the 11th. Items release date wasn’t till Friday the 12th. Much to my surprise I received the item in Friday the 12th. Mind you I did pay an additional $30 for express delivery. None the less, Might Ape processed the order incredibly quickly and despatched just as quick. I will definitely buy from Mighty Ape again. Fantastic.

"Comfortable and reliable"
5 stars"
Purchased on Mighty Ape

I previously had a Steelseries H headset, batteries were getting flat quickly and headset itself was starting to deteriorate sound wise (had it for a few years). When I seen that the Steelseries Arctis 7P was available, I knew this would be my next headset. First thing I noticed was how comfortable the headband is on my head. Everything else was simple and easy to setup on my PS5. I've used my headset for about two months and play 3–4hrs most weekdays, weekends can be 8hrs intermittently, I haven't had any issues with battery not lasting. I can hear gameplay clearly and can even hear footsteps better especially when I'm playing Warzone. I'm very happy with my purchase and recommend this headset.

Battery has never died on me and outlasts multiple days of use. Connectivity works well with android using USB C for music!

"Arctis 7p for ps5"

This headset is great! Very comfortable and battery life is very long. I can't complain about service or shipping speed with mighty ape as it has been really great with the few purchases I have made. I definitely recommend them 👌

"Awesome headphones"

Excellent sound quality and connectivity. As good as the 9× is for Xbox.

"Amazing audio - Frustrating QoL features"
3 stars"
Purchased on Mighty Ape

Headset sound is superb, mic quality is great and theres some noise cancellation going on as well. It sits nicely on your head, is quiet comfortable and looks good. The wireless dongle connects instantly and is easy to switch between devices.

There are some frustrating things. The buttons and button layout do not make sense, to turn the headset on/off you need to hold down the power button for 3 sec, but your finger covers the indicator light. This light rather than being a solid colour or pulsing, instead flashes once every several seconds making it hard to actually tell if its on/off or low on battery. The mic is always on, even when not pulled out. To turn it off you need to mute it, which then leads to never knowing if it’s muted or not. Adjusting the volume can be difficult as the slider to do so is very sensitive and has no audio queues to indicate what level you’re at. The headstrap, whilst comfortable looks ridiculous. I would recommend purchasing a shorter cable for the wireless dongle as the one provided is far to long for something which just sits on your console/PC

This is not what I expect from a $400 headset, I would likely purchase an alternative if I could go back.
