Author Biography

Chris Norris is a chartered physiotherapist, sports scientist andestablished lecturer and consultant. He has over 20 years' experiencein treating soft-tissue injuries and specialises in sports injuries andexercise therapy. As Norris Associates he runs two private clinics inCheshire and provides consultancy to blue-chip industries and severalleading sports clubs. He is the author of a number of books, includingthe bestselling Complete Guide to Stretching and also Stretching for Racquet Sports, both published by A&C Black.
