Knowing the disease is not from natural sources you begin a quest to vanquish the evil that is turning everyone into Mandoragora. The story is not the most important aspect of Berzerk. What is important is the over the top swordplay that results in saturating blood baths everyting cold steel meets flesh. This is an awesome example of hack and slash action at it's best!
