This is a really good model to buy if you are just starting out, or simply want a nice easy project to do. The pieces are well made (although there aren't that many parts). There are instructions for adding a canvas gun shield, but sadly there isn't an actual part for that (you need to use one of the sprue bags). The tracks are very detailed and can easily be painted. All in all it is a very good value model:)
