Donna Marie Merritt is a poet and children's author. Her most recent children's books are Hush That Hullabaloo!, illustrated by Chris Demarest, and Teensy Meensy Mice, illustrated by Ed Heck. Merritt's sixth book of poetry, No Winter Maintenance: Pass at Your Own Risk, is her newest release for adults. Her stories and poems have appeared in school reading programs, language arts books, Highlights High Five, Highlights Hello, and American Library Association's Book Links.
