Very good film and presented in a fun and informative way . It definitely changed my perceptions of sugar and what companies do to get us all hooked on their product

A cleverly crafted documentary about the effects of sugar on the human body. Very entertaining and poignant. An eye opener to the present diabetes epidemic that is afflicting our western diet. Highly recommended viewing.

Good summary of the topic and taught me a few things I didn't know despite being one of the alleged healthy eaters.
Interesting topical DVD. Is sugar a poison- You'll have to watch the DVD.
