Basically, it's Arnie playing a pretty cool role. Alas, he's not the greatest actor, but that's almost part of the appeal. The story is good, and the movie is fairly good quality (despite the fact that it is probably quite similar to regular upscaled DVD quality, this is simply because of how old the movie is).
