Mark Peterson, ACSW, is Program Manager for Bethany Christian Services Residential Treatment and Family Counseling programs in Grand Rapids, Michigan. William P. McInnis, PsyD, is in private practice with Aspen Psychological Services in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
