I am a licensed dietitian in the state of California and a member of the American Dietetic Association. I have been working in the wellness industry for over 10 years, and I have worked with people who have type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, weight gain, metabolic syndrome, and cancer. I understand that nutrition is key to good health, and I love helping people eat well.My goal is to help people get healthy by providing them with a balanced diet, lifestyle changes, and support. My approach is holistic, which means that I look at diet as a whole, rather than focusing on one aspect.I am a holistic nutritionist. I help people change their eating habits and lifestyles so they can achieve and maintain a healthy weight and a happy, energetic lifestyle. I teach people how to eat well, and I help people find the balance between healthy food and food that they love. I also work with people who have cancer, diabetes, and other chronic conditions to help them live healthier lives. I offer personalized nutrition counseling and healthy meal planning.
