There are millions of Christian women who have heard the call of God to ministry. They are ready, willing and able to preach the gospel and make disciples. However, many of them have been discouraged from doing these very things not by the world but by the church. Outdated patterns of living based on old cultural models, rather than the word of God, have sidelined countless potential workers who could be out in the ministry field helping to bring in the harvest. This book was written to help women understand and answer the call to apostolic ministry. Its purpose is to both clarify the nature of apostolic ministry and to help women recognize that they are to work alongside the men in the church to fulfill the Great Commission: preaching the gospel, making disciples, and leading the Body of Christ into its future.
