Description

This work is about combining the commitment of people and control of business processes to achieve sustainable long term business success. Peter Wickens' book combines innovative thinking about organizations with substantial practical experience. Since it was first published the ideas have been much debated. These are now available in paperback in a fully revised and updated edition. The work is intended for chief executives, managers, consultants, and students on a range of Business and Management courses, including organizational behaviour and change management, MBA and post-experience short courses. It should also be useful to university and business school libraries, academics and researchers in business.
