Author Biography

"Educated at Wellington College, New College, Oxford, and the LSE, David Kynaston has been a professional historian since 1973. He is now a visiting professor at the University of Sussex and at the City University Business School. Since the late 1970s his main focus has been the City of London, on which he has written widely."
