Easy to follow. Ingredients aren't any further than a “bin-in” So no annoying overseas shipping. Love the big spacious font. I'm not a huge reader and found it hard to put down

i have problems and this book is amazing, you can make your own coconut yogurt, heaps of food to help you out and, tea, plus how to rub oil into your tummy to help with pain. my brother is a Paleo eater and loves the book too.

Author Biography:
