Description

Are you wanting more out of your small group?   Most of us start leading our group with very little direction or training. By the time we figure out what differentiates amazing groups from mediocre ones, many of us have given up and moved on. It doesn’t have to be this way. In fact, it shouldn’t be this way! Our groups should be bursting with life, depth, and the kind of authentic community Jesus modeled.   Robby Angle, President of Trueface, delivers a practical guide to starting or re-igniting your small group. Drawing from his years of leading group therapy as a Licensed Professional Counselor and leading group ministries at Andy Stanley’s North Point Community Church, one of the largest churches in the nation, Angle combined his passion for equipping leaders to connect relationally to grow spiritually with practical handholds and clear guides on how to put these principles into practice in your own group.   The Cure for Groups unpacks the five Core Components that are consistently applied by amazing small group leaders and lead transformational groups. Follow the story of Stuart and Leslie as they travel through the Core Components that will change the way you lead:   The Destination: Determine the Goals of your Group The Captain: Lead with Intentionality and Vulnerability The Crew: Clarify Your Group Culture The Ship: Design your Time for Transformation The Route: Plan Ahead to Get Where You Want to Go   The Cure for Groups is the must-have guide for any new small group leader or existing leader who wants to take their group to the next level.
