Description

Back in the day, learning grammar was one of the most boring things ever, but not anymore! The Dope Grammar Guide's design and innovative approach will make it the perfect reference for writers of all levels. As a writer, understanding basic grammar rules is essential for communicating effectively, but, sometimes, it's hard to apply them to the real world. In order to solve this problem, we've broken down some of these rules to help you better understand the concepts of grammar. Do you have a question about using a semicolon or how to place adverbs in a sentence? If so, you've come to the right place. This book starts with the basics! Grammar is not always easy to understand, but by the end of this book, you should be able to write with more confidence. Acclaimed author and editor Sasha Ravae knows that English teachers aren't the only ones who expect correct language choices. Precision in language can be the deciding factor when it comes to getting an 'A' on that next paper or writing that next best-seller. This guide gives you straightforward definitions, dope tips, and the simple rules you need to know. Whether your skills need drastic improvement or just a quick brush-up, we will get your grammar back on the right track.

Author Biography:

Sasha Ravae, 30, was raised in San Francisco, CA but called Sacramento, CA her home for over 10 years. After graduating college from California State University, Sacramento in 2011, she decided to move back to the Bay Area to pursue other career opportunities. In 2012, she released her first book "Counterfeit Dreams" which started it all. Sasha Ravae is the author of the Counterfeit Dreams series, the Ski Mask Divas series, "Dying for Change", "Trap Goddess", "What Bae Don't Know", "Twisted: The Short Story" that went VIRAL on Facebook, Black Eden Publications' Guide to Dope Grammar, and co-collaborator of "Boy Toy", "City Nights", and "Shade Built My Empire". Sasha's passion for writing sparked her need to give back, so in 2015, she founded Black Eden Publications. As an author coming up, she didn't have any sort of direction, and everything she's learned about publishing has been through trial and error. Now, she makes it her mission to reach out to new authors and help them along their own journey with her blog: The Inside Talk, so that they don't have to make the same mistakes she did. Believing very strongly in this mission, she also started the Writer-to-Writer Success Coaching Program. Through this program, Sasha mentors authors and help them through the writing/publishing process. Black Eden Publications also offers professional editing services, so no matter where you are in the process, Black Eden Publications has something for you!
