A good book but the recipes are all English so some of the ingredients are not very common in NZ. However, it has a nice selection of dishes, the ones I have tried so far have all been successful and tasty. They are simple and easy to follow recipes so you don't have to be a chef to make them.

I love these recipes. Even if you aren't doing the diet they are yummy and filling perfect for a light dinner or breakfast.
Even if you don't want to do the Fast Diet this recipe book has some really tasty recipes
The book includes a good selection of low-calorie recipes. The recipes I’ve tried have been very tasty and easy to prepare. I like the fact that the calorie counts are worked out for you, so it makes the “fast” days much easier. However, these recipes would be helpful for other dieters, too — not just those following the Fast Diet.
I love this book! The recipes are amazing, so tasty it's hard to believe they are also low calorie. You could serve them up at a dinner party and the guests wouldn't be any the wiser. Fantastic.
