I got this DVD recently, and it is pretty good. I like the way there are 6 different sections, and that you can choose to just to a few if you don't have time, or you want to focus on something in general. I do not need to lose weight, but just wanted something fun to exercise to, so it works for me. I think you could lose weight/tone up on it if you used it enough. However I think the routines will get boring if you do it regularly. I dislike the music as well, but for a rock music fan, I guess that's normal!!
What a great dvd this is, great for all levels of fitness and loads of fun! a must for someone who gets bored easily.. not to mention the instructor (Dan) is a bit of a hottie :) highly recommended one of my favourites. Working out is actually fun with this dvd.. even though it takes a while to co-ordinate.. or is that just me being clumsy?? Awesome fun!
Affordable DVD, reasonably fun to do (for someone who hates exercise). Don't know yet if it will make me lose weight or not, but think it will help. Routines good, some trickier steps, but as you're doing it at home doesn't matter if you get them wrong because you're uncoordinated. Music might get boring after a while, but ok so far. Worth buying
