Great album. A must buy for any Linkin Park fan
This album represents what Linkin Park has accomplished thus far as song writers and musicians. They go back to their roots and flip it upside down with heavy guitar riff, old school rap and good old fashioned screaming.
This album sounds like an album before the Hybrid Theory era. Good music in one package. Go and get it!
“The Hunting Party” is Linkin Park's sixth album and the follow-up to 2012's “Living Things”.
“The Hunting Party” is Linkin Park's first album to be produced by the group itself, and co-frontman Mike Shinoda says that's put an extra charge into the band this time around.
“Whenever we go into the studio I'm kind of at the wheel and I take it as my responsibility to make sure that we've got, collectively, a very clear vision of where we want to go and that the inspiration and motivation levels are high. I'd say we definitely have that now. Just going into an album, the last thing you want to do is just go through the motions, especially at this stage of the game. I want to feel like every record we make, every song we make is inspired and we feel good about it.”
Linkin Park‘s sixth studio album features guest appearances from System Of A Down guitarist Daron Malakian and Helmet frontman Paige Hamilton.
