A wonderful story supported by an absolutely amazing soundtrack and voice-overs by not only good actors but fantastic singers. The old animation techniques lend a special quality to this film, conveying a feel for the characters which is absolute magic. A treat for all ages!

I bought this DVD for my 5 year old granddaughter and viewed it first. I had read the Jungle Books as a child so didn't think that it would be unsuitable and it wasn't. It was full of happy music and movement. Definitely recommend to the young and young at heart.

Despite being released over forty years ago, this movie is timeless. With a whole new generation singing the songs and loving or hating the jungle personalities that make this story great.
Great kids Movie & even adults get a kick out of it
I have grown up to the songs from this movie, really great memories. My boys have joined Cubs (scouting) and since a lot of things at cubs are based on this story I had to get it. Family loved this movie and boys were proud to tell everyone at cubs that we have the movie.
